Diana Bordean has been in the Health and Wellness industry for the last 10 years, as a Physiotherapist, Holistic Health Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Class Instructor. She is the Founder of Younique Health & Wellbeing, a holistic health company empowering individuals to inner and outer holistic health. 


Diana has worked with hundreds of patients to decrease their body's stress response, and prevent & reverse the horrible effects of chronic stress, mentally, physically and emotionally. 


She specializes in stress reduction and management and holistic coaching addressing the mind body and spirit. By using simple yet powerful techniques, such as mindfulness, exercise and specific coaching, you will notice a huge change in your wellbeing.
